Great food, interesting pickup experience. When I placed my order online it said to pickup at 6:50 which was fine as store closed at 7pm. I was there at 6:53p and the signs were all off, doors locked, and the employees were cleaning up. I knocked and the young man shook his head no at me. I yelled through the glass that I’d like my pizza ordered online and fully paid for or a refund before I left. He nodded, unlocked the door and handed me my pizza. Food 5 stars, service 1. I don’t ever post 1 star reviews as this is a small business in difficult employment times but I’m my experience the store closes when the sign states, especially for a take and bake.

I lived in Oak Creek two years ago and I always ordered from this Papa Murphy’s. Their pizzas were always made perfectly and the staff were always welcoming. I moved to Franklin and the Papa Murphy’s located on 108th in Hales Corners does not compare to the Oak Creek location! Hales Corners pizzas are always thin and missing toppings. Also, the staff are not very friendly. So, now I travel across town to Oak Creek every time I order Papa Murphy’s!

Walked into the store at 650 in Oak Creek to pick up a pizza. Everything was shut down and out away. Hours say they are open until 7pm. Jimmy said they are no longer taking orders. This is the 2nd time this week the store has closed before closing hours. Jimmy was extremely rude.

Papa Murphy’s is the best! Great pizza at affordable prices, especially on $10 Tuesdays. Although, at this particular store, they told me $10 larges don’t apply to specialty pizzas like deep dish or stuff crust, which another location told me this was false, that it’s $10 for any large pizza. I don’t know if this location just didn’t want to honor it or what the case was, but I had to change my order to receive the promotion

You can never go wrong with a Papa Murphy’s pizza which is why the review receives 3 stars- customer service 1 star!! The last few orders at this location have been worse than the last. The most recent tops the cake and will end our journey ordering in Oak Creek which sucks because the pizza is great and location very convenient however the service gets worse each time. We put an online order for 21in pizza and mini pizza, shortly after order placed I received a phone call, attempted to call back three times with no answer. Drove to store to investigate further, when entering there were four young employees closing down the store at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The music was blaring which made it clear why they didn’t pick up at my three failed attempts to connect. I was told that they had no dough to make a mini pizza or 21 in and left with a blank stare by the employee. No suggestions or recommendations. No dough…as you can imagine I was pretty surprised -it is a pizza joint and still an hour n half till closing time-what do you mean you have no dough left. I requested to make a pizza with what dough size they had left. The employee didn’t offer to issue a refund to accommodate the order change. As I waited I watched 5 customers come in, receive poor customer service and turned away with no explanation to closing early, just we aren’t taking orders anymore. As I was leaving , disappointed with my experience I watched a woman walk in to pick up her online order. She was left puzzled when it wasn’t on the pick up order section, she asked a staff member where her pizza was. His response “I don’t know” and walked away. I didn’t stay to see how it turned out but apparently customer service is not high on the priority list for this location anymore. What a disappointment!
