Mmmmmmm… delicious pizza! Papa Murphy’s has really perfected their thin crust pizza lately. It’s practically addictive. Attentive and fast service at the Two Rivers location. I consider theirs better than most of the sit-down pizza restaurants in the area. Ignore the “valid for one month” disclaimer on their coupons; they always accept them (there’s no date on them).

While in general this place is good like most of the same chain stores, one day went bad for me. They made the wrong pizza. I ordered it and my wife picked it up. I didn’t catch that it was wrong until it was already in the oven. I called and told the store what happened and the employee told me that they were sorry and that they will make me another pizza and I can come pick it up. When I arrived at the store, the employee I talked to told me that I would have to talk to the other more senior employee. Keep in mind both employees are around 16 years old. That employee told me that they could not make me a new pizza since I didn’t have proof. I asked if they wanted me to bring in the cooked pizza and they said that that wasn’t proof since that could be a different pizza. I argued with the employee but gave up. The problem I see with this place is that at first the store owner or an adult was present at all times and now it’s just a group of high school students. It makes me think that the owners are just sitting at home making money off the store while they hire inexperienced kids to run their store. It’s not good enough of a pizza and not cheap enough of a price to deal with something like that. Please support another local businesses instead. This place isn’t worth it.

UPDATE!!! I’m leaving my previous comments so you can see what a difference I found on my latest visit the end of August. The two girls working were extremely courteous and quick. My favorite chicken bacon artichoke pizza was FANTASTIC! The cheese bread was prepared and ready to take from the case. I’m so glad to find things improved. I love Papa Murphy’s and will make more stops for pizza.

Worst regional store owner and workers song really old cheese wheels and cinnamon wheels and they refused to make a fresh one. They are faulty advertising that they make all their stuff fresh and they refused to make the cheezy wheels and cinnamon wheels fresh they’ll be days oldand this is also a bait-and-switch because they’re not selling all their stuff being fresh because you’re cheesy wheels and her Cinnamon wheels are not. The staff there is very unfriendly and the regional manager doesn’t do anything even if you call corporate it is private owned that’s what corporate said and is private owner that has a franchise c license could care less. Stay away from the Two rivers and Manitowoc Papa Murphy’s pizza place due to both stores are owned by the same owner. If I could give them zero Stars I would. Not only is faulty advertising cuz they’re not making a cheesy wheels and a cinnamon wheels fresh in front of your eyes it’s also technically bait-and-switch cuz they tell you they make the stuff fresh in front of your eyes and they’re not.

I would give a zero but I can’t. The complaint is not about the food it is about the service I called 10 minutes before they closed which is late and the told me they can’t serve me. I worked there and I know we did not take that line of food down and deny any costumers before closing time. I asked to talk to a supervisor which I assumed there was not one there due to the fact that they denied my order. Just ridiculous service.

Not the same as when they first opened the uses to be good now they changed something I don’t like them anymore don’t even taste like pizza anymore.just ordered a cowboy I don’t know what I got I called it in said 10 min. Half hour later they didn’t even make it yet that happened more than once and not busy .
