I stopped in on Christmas Eve morning about 10:30 to get a couple pizzas. The manager was preparing pizzas for the online orders. In the short time I was there he took care of people coming for pick ups, took phone orders, and made pizzas for the walk-in customers. In the half hour I was there he made about 25 pizzas. I was very impressed by his politeness, ambition and a great attitude. Oh and the pizzas were great.

8 kids working there and not one of them knew what they were doing. They had tickets all over the counter and not sure of what to make first. I would rate them a negative 2 if possible. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and there were two of the kids putting just the sauce on. This place has very poor management.

Love Papa Murphy’s! Went to get a pizza yesterday ($10 Tuesday) and they were busy- as I expected. I ordered online. I had to wait a little longer than the time they gave when I ordered online. When I got there, the girl making pizzas (I think her name tag said Kat) was training a couple new hires. One of them was his absolute first day. He got washed up, put on some gloves and jumped right in! People were complaining about the wait time, but I think they all did a GREAT job and they were all working very hard! Good job handling all the chaos and having great teamwork! People need to learn to be more patient, I’d rather wait a bit longer and have quality. 🙂 Thanks guys!

I was extremely disappointed and insulted by the customer service. During my visit, senior supervisor Jonathan told me he couldn’t hear me through my mask, then proceeded to cut me off more than once, and when I asked a question, he said he was “about to answer had I not so rudely interrupted him.” Then, in shock at the level of disrespect I felt, my male friend completed the order and Jonathan treated him with apparent respect while totally ignoring me as if I wasn’t there. He asked my friend if he had questions. He told my friend to have a nice night. From my encounter, he doesn’t seem to have respect for females and I sincerely hope the ones working with him are not mistreated. Not to mention the pizza tasted like the cheese and dough were old. I will NOT be returning.
