The new owners have made much needed improvements. I stopped going to this location a little over a year ago because the service was poor, the store seemed ‘messy’, they were closing 5 to 10 min before their sign close time, and any time I tried to place an order ahead it was lost (online or phone, it didn’t matter).

We ordered online rather than in the store to minimize the wait time. While I expected to wait a little since it was dinner time (5:15 pm), I didn’t expect to wait nearly 40 minutes. 4 people came to the store and placed their orders and all received their pizzas before me. Two people placed phone orders and also got them before me. The store was clearly short staffed, but there should be a better system for filling orders as they are placed. I recommend phone or in-store ordering over online.

The pizza is consistently good, but the staff keeps turning over and the service is getting worse. I typically order online, and today waited a half hour in my car before I finally received my pizza. Management of this Papa Murphy’s is not good.

I ordered a pizza over the phone they told me it was going to be 25 minutes before I could pick it up. I sent my boyfriend to pick up our order. He went in and told him he was there to pick the order up to be told that there was no order that had existed at all and to check the other location. He drove all the way to plover to be told again there was no order to be found. I called this exact location again and said that it has now been over an hour an since I had called. I said that I sent someone to get the order but you said that there wasn’t such thing. He Said I’m sorry but our printers went down so it could have been than when your order was placed. What did you order again? I told him what I ordered and he said well I can give you. $4.00 off but I won’t give you free food. I said I am not asking for free food but the fact that now I am still waiting for my order when I order it over an hour and a half ago to only get $4.00 off is Ridiculous. I didn’t spend over $40 for my family to wait almost 2 hours to eat! He didn’t seem to care at all. I won’t order from this location again to say the least. Very very very poor customer service on their end!

Watched an employee drop a pizza crust on the floor, proceed to grab a different one for my pizza and then a different employee walks through and throws it back on the shelf to be used. I don’t recall any of the employees washing their hands at the very visible hand washing sink at any point during my visit. When I questioned the employee about the pizza crust he explained that it was wrapped. Yes it’s wrapped but I didn’t see any of them change their gloves between touching the food, the wrapping, boxes or cash register for that matter. Definitely won’t be back for awhile .

I always love their pizza the Chicago style is the best. Was craving after a long day in the dells with my boys and their friends. Drove a hour home to get the worst customer service I ever had in along time. The lady was extremely rude kicked me out of the store half way into making my pizza because it was 730 they close at 8 they had the food all wrapped up and on the cart.
