Pizza orders are never done in the time they say they’ll be done. I always have to wait 20 min (beyond the time they say they’re to be ready) plus, even had to wait an hour. Orders have been misplaced. Employees have been rude when they mess up an order and have been refused or they fuss to take coupons when I have in store coupons.

Love getting yelled at by staff for expressing my frustration About my experience. I was there for 15 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. The staff were wearing grungy Street clothes. Repeated touched their faces and didn’t replace gloves after and before going back to pizzas. Totally different when you go to Plover…. they are in dress code and are prompt and polite.

Just once, it would be nice if your pizza looked remotely like the one they advertise. Haven’t been here for over 2 years, and now remember why. Ordered a Beef Taco Grande pizza today. Supposed to have three kinds of onions, but it didn’t. Very short on the Roma tomatoes also, must have run out AGAIN. And it tasted nothing…like anything taco. The worst pizza I have ever had. A frozen pizza from the grocery store, is ten times better. Yuk! Never again. Plus their drive thru will damage your tires.

We actually just left the store but the guy that helped us was so nice – Andy! We accidentally ordered wrong and he helped us fix it and he was very nice and patient (I wanted to try the keto boxes but didn’t realize they could make them on the spot – I thought they only sold the ones in the cooler).
