Great pizza, I never have a complaint with the food. I would rate it five star except for the employees. The place only ever has one adult and the rest are young kids that haven’t learned customer service yet. It’s really hit it miss on the type of service you’ll get. Some days it’s great, other days it’s lacking, and then there’s the occasional times you won’t believe what you here them saying in front of customers. I’ll still go back. I’d probably give them even more business if they ever stayed open past 8pm.

When checking out using the credit card the machine asks you if you wantna tip them I chose no tip, And she saw me push the button I instantly thought my pizza is not gonna be right. And I was correct… I had 3 of the hugest bubbles on the crust Which made all the pepperoni slide to the edge, then the crust stuck to the oven ready Pan. It’s either papa Murphy’s New York XL pepperoni that is gross or the employees were angry that I did not tip on a $9 pizza that they handed over a countertop to me. I’m in the service industry and that is not service to me. That’s just basic work…

Pretty clear Papa Murphys couldn’t care less if I ever return. Which I won’t. Someone should tell them you can get a take home & bake pizza at Cub right next door. It seems a simple ask to order a large 1 topping pizza with 1/2 sausage n 1/2 pepperoni on same side 1 so one side just cheese. No can do. Clearly they don’t care about return customers. Pizza was fine. Nothing great. Certainly not like when 1st appeared years n years ago. Everything shrunk. You bet I’m PO’d. Simple ask.

For many years, I went to the Burnsville store on W Co Rd 42 and 5. Came to this store once and it was such a better experience, I keep going to this store even though it is farther away. Tried ordering online but could not get the website to reflect the discount. Frustrated I called the store directly and after telling them about the issue I asked if I could just use a coupon from the stack of coupons on their counter top. I was told they can’t let people use those when they pickup. I told them I was going to Dominos! What a joke for 2 or 3 dollars off. Bad website and bad decision to be tightwads! They lost a regular customer. 😐
