Stopped by after they had had a big rush, and the place was a mess. I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were gluten free. I asked if they would wipe the counters before preparing the gluten free pizzas, and they were rude about telling me maybe we shouldn’t eat there if that sensitive. I agreed and asked for a refund. The woman argued at first, then threw the money at me. My family has eaten there regularly over the years without problem, but we won’t be back again after that.

We order the same thing every week, and it always comes out different. Sometimes we get sauce, sometimes we don’t. Sometimes the veg is on the pizza, sometimes it’s not. Often times the guys will just pick stuff off of an already made pizza to make it as we order. Very lazy staff and inconsistent product.

Had to have my order remade (they put dairy cheese on and we’re allergic) and the employee took a utensil out of the dirty sink to scrape off the toppings to try to remake the same pizza. Forgot part of my order, and staff were very rude- tossed the pizza at the end after asking them to remake it.

Those boys have no customer service skills once so ever idk how they keep a job or where is the manager at? Then charged me separately for both my sides which says 2 for 10 and didn’t correct it..I will never come back to this location. This location will be the next one to close. The scam of the year. I stopped to eat here before working. $ 12.50 a large pizza, as in all pizzeria and what did I receive? A raw pizza for baking in my house … first time in this store and I was not informed that this worked like this. How can I go to work with this pizza like this? This guy needs to be more customer friendly. Smile and act like you want to be there. Spread the loose toppings on more evenly and to the edge more. Gave him a tip and I shouldn’t have.

Ryan was so helpful with my order and was such a nice employee. So paciente with my order and didn’t rush through it. First time baking it at home and it was such an easy experience. Highly recommend coming here. The food is amazing and you can customize how dark you want your pizza. Workers were very nice and had a good positive attitude.

The employee that helped us was very rude! I used the order online and was able to “order in advance” so I ordered on Thursday but wanted to pick the pizza up on Sunday. I got an email that said your order will be ready for you on Sunday at 10:00am. I arrived at the store at 9:50 and the open sign was on. When I walked in the man asked what I needed. I told him I did an online order the other day and set it up to be picked up today. I ordered 3 pizzas! He said he had just got the order as I walked in the door so that I needed to wait. Then he told me that “next time if I have a big order like that (3 pizzas?) I should wait to have them picked up a half hour after They open because that was too many pizzas to be made that early!” Then he said I don’t know why you need 3 pizzas at 10:00am? (We were having 20 people over for a birthday party at noon if he really wants to know!) Anyway, pizza was good. Employee super rude.
