Ordered a couple pizzas on 3/8 and it was a great experience. Pizzas were tasty, store was clean, but I was more impressed by the staff. 4 high school age workers and they were superb. Friendly, helpful and hard working. Took about 7 minutes for my order and in that time they worked well together and when one got pulled away the other finished what needed to be done. Thanks much and don’t forget to tip them! Goes a long ways and they deserve it.

I order papa Murphys every other Tuesday. I usually get it from my hometown but we drove through Monticello and got our pizza there. It was the best and most evenly decorated pizza I’ve ever had. Kuddos to the persons working that night!

Tuesday deal, Any pizza for $10.99. We buy these three times a month on average, and have for years. We paid for extra cheese, received much less cheese than we normally do without paying for extra cheese, and when we mentioned it, we were told that cheese is expensive and that they had to cut back…and then were invited to call corporate to complain.

Ordered from here many times and it’s always fast, fresh and tasty with excellent service. Ordering online and having your pizza waiting for you on the rack when you arrive is super convenient. Our family is a big fan of the gourmet vegetarian pizza but there are a lot of good choices.

Papa Murphy’s pizza is pretty good for its value. They have most of the traditional toppings and I think with having a thin crust, gives you better options throughout. It stores well in the fridge and bakes up good without any doughy spots. I do wish that they had additional toppings, but the ones they have will do. At this location, the staff was mediocre, they produced the order, but I would appreciate less eye rolling as a patron. Overall the food is good, employees are meh.

I love their pizza, but the Monticello location does not prepare pizzas from phone or Internet orders with any reliability. I’ve walked in and waited for my order to be “started” even if I place my order for a pick up in 1 hour. I usually have to wait for the people that are in the store for all of their orders to be made first. It is worth the wait though. Just don’t waste your time. Walk in and order instead.
