Started going to this location after Elk River stopped carrying the BBQ sauce. I have to say, should have been going here the whole time! The employees have all been very nice, the inside is bright and clean, and I think the food is even better. It’s like it’s made more carefully or something, and the dough seems to rise better.

I ordered online tonight and picked up at the store. I noticed that my order was incorrect and brought it up to the register. The two employees working took a look, realized the mistake and immediately corrected it and apologized for the inconvenience. They were so polite and kind. Every time we come in, we’ve always had the best experience. Thank you!

This location was not prepared for the Valentine’s Day rush. I ordered over the phone and was told my pizzas would be ready at 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 and there was a line out the door. I asked if my order was ready and a worker started digging through a pile of at least 30 receipts. He didn’t give me a time that my order would be ready. A manager was yelling at the workers to not take any more walk-in orders or orders over the phone – only online orders. Those instructions should have been given about an hour earlier based on the back log of orders. I left without my pizzas.

Terrible service. There’s three workers or four we had to wait an hour for my pizza. They barely put any cheese on it. They didn’t put the stuff that was supposed to be on the pizza. No dry tomatoes I had to come home and add a whole bunch of other stuff to the pizza that they left out. I cook it don’t go there. Terrible service.

Went in to the store and wanted a heart shape pizza, but not just pepperoni. Asked if we could pay extra for additional toppings, was told that was ok. We ended up paying full price for a large signature pizza only to make it heart shape, instead of the $12 special. While the pizza was being made either the owner or manager walked out from the back and saw the pizza being made. He then proceeded to tell us (the customers) that the workers really shouldn’t be doing special orders like that. Again without talking to his employees about what transpired or coaching the employees privately and in a more professional manner he decided to scold us, the customers, after we specifically asked if that was ok and we would pay whatever it cost. We have been loyal customers to this papa Murphy’s for years but not after this experience.

I missed an item on my order when I was leaving today and didn’t notice until I got home. Before I had a chance to call, I was contacted by the store letting me know. They offered to hold it if I was coming back to pick it up (it’s out of town for me, I went after work) or offered a refund for the item.

Stopped in to get a few Herb and Cheese shakers. The advertised price right on the sign is $2. They were ringing up at $2.25 each. The kid would not adjust the cost to the advertised price. Ridiculous!
