Never been disappointed. I’ve been getting pizza here since I was a small child and even the botched orders turned out to still be delicious. Also, maybe it’s just speculation, but the employees here look happier than a lot of other work places. The high schoolers working are often playing around with each other, but always acquire a seriousness when it’s time to help a customer. It’s nice to see them having a good time at work and still completely able to do a fantastic job at whatever they’re tasked with. ALSO the only place where they give you extra sauce when you ask. Truly appreciate the variety of vegetarian (ish) options as I don’t like meat on my pizzas often. You wouldn’t even know the vegetarian pizzas have no meat. Very flavorful and rich. Your employees deserve a raise, they rock

The service here is getting much worse as I’ve gone in. I called in an order recently for an hour or so before closing, and the pizzas, nor the salads, were available and they offered me “leftover” (unclaimed) pizza at a SMALL discount ($2 off?). They have just gotten extremely lazy when it comes to their customer focused attitude, and that lacking demeanor is starting to become a nuisance.

I ordered 3 pizzas and ALL of them arrived UNCOOKED!! I called up the store and asked them how they could make such a ridiculous mistake and they LAUGHED at me. If I wanted to cook pizza myself, I would have made DiGiorno which is not delivery. It’s DiGiorno.

Papa Murphy’s is so awesome! Went there to get Pizza for a small get together a few weeks back and everyone was so nice and helpful. You could tell that everyone was having a good time and genuinely liked their job which is so rare these days. All my friends said the pizza was really good too! Definitely a favorite and we’re for sure going again:)

Very very poor customer service. Called at 7:50pm on a Wednesday night and called several times with no answer. Finally someone picked up and told me they weren’t taking orders anymore as they were about to close. Poor customer service

everytime i go to pick up pizza im always greeted with a welcoming hello by all the employees. when i have my hands full they offer to carry my pizzas to my car for me. the employees always have the warmest smiles and genuinely seem happy to be at work. 10/10 recommend <3
