I am a regular customer of the papa murphys in New prague. I have been having some issues with my pizzas bubbling during cooking the past month. Finally decided to call in after a pizzacooking as a complete giant bubble. I was informed that their pizza dough has changed and needs to be proofed and set out for an hour before cooking. While I don’t prefer to have to do this as this is usually our spir of the moment takeout option what I was very impressed with wasthe customer service. I spoke with Nikki over the phone who was very kind and helpful. She also personally delivered me my entire order plus some extra treats to my house. I truly appreciate a store who values their customers enough to listen to their issues and go above and beyond in my opi ion to make it right. Will continue to be our go to store for pizza night.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. There was one man that may have been a Manager that was a little rude to me, his name was either Chris or Craig. Other than that everything was perfect! Everyone seemed in good spirits and the pizza was prepared perfectly! You may want to cook the pizzas a little longer than what it says on their instructions but other than that their pizzas are great. It is very nice to have a Papa Murphy’s in New Prague! I would recommend this store to anyone!
