The staff is always friendly. They try to be quiet and get the orders right. On our last pizza, they forgot the pepperonis, but otherwise, we have had good luck. We have a dairy allergy. They will charge their gloves to help avoid cross contamination, if you ask.

Experience with pick-up orders is touch and go… well, maybe more on the “are you kidding me” side. The online orders are very rarely ready on time, and if you take the time to plan ahead and make and pay for your order at noon you may still have to wait 35 minutes to get it after work. Be ready for other people to walk in and get theirs, and the counter people do not speak to you for 20 minutes as they continue to just stack pizza upon pizza on the counter and look at you and walk away. Also, if you buy the cinnamon wheel and pay for it, there is no guarantee it will be there when you pick up your order…. yikes.

They messed up our online customized pizza order. They didn’t include our cookie dough w the order on the to go rack. I had to return to the store to get it. Apparently when they are busy during rush times they don’t pull the extras, it’s up to the customer to get it from to cooler. I mentioned when I returned that my pizza order wasn’t correct, items I requested be left off were still on it, myconfirmation email showed it. I was told there must be a glitch between the online order and their printer. Then the employee went back to cleaning and I was dismissed. THIS is their outstanding customer service??
