I ordered a family sized stuffed crust chicken bacon and cheese bread. I used to order papa Murphy’s all the time and thought it was really good. I was really excited to share it with my daughter. I bought it, the pizza came and was baked it…. it cheese bread tasted like the walk in it just like of had that metallic taste and smell to it…. not to mention the pizza… there was absolutely nothing in the crust of “stuffed” crust pizza. It also had the same metallic walkin refrigerator smell and taste….WTH Papa Murphy’s…what happened to the pizza??!!?!?

Been to this Papa Murphy’s quit often yesterday 3-16-23 was the worst pizza we have had. I ordered a family size Papa’s Favorite with no green peppers. Well got green peppers and yes we picked them off but the pizza just wasn’t as good as normal. Was so disappointed because we hadn’t had one for awhile so when I’m in Springfield I always take one home since we don’t have one in Macomb, IL. The two employees were friendly and the store was clean and I didn’t have to wait very long.

Best pizza in town ♡ Tuesday they have deals. Larges 12 and family 15. They also have a awards system you can sign up for. Lots of good deals when you sign up. Some people will get $3 off or free cheese bread after a certain amount of visits. They also allow you to take toppings off and replace them with what you want. It’s kinda like a subway… but for pizza ♡

We usually order online and our pizza is always waiting for me when I get there. Tonight this location was not accepting online orders so I called it in. When I got there I could see why they weren’t taking online orders. There were only two people working, and the place was crowded with customers waiting. Obviously, someone must not have showed up for work. However, I have to mention that one of the workers, a young lady, was amazing. She was a pizza making machine, and she never lost her cool, even with a roomful of people staring impatiently at her making pizzas. It ended up taking quite a while to get our pizza, but this gal was awesome. Whatever she’s currently making, give her a raise!!!
