Zero stars if it was an option. Arnold location sucks! Lost my business forever! Never again! This location has had issues for a while a to see it close down because they clearly don’t care for serving their custopoo. Tried calling to place order, no answer. Son was going to pick up pizzas on way home, I asked him to drive there and see if they were open. While he was heading that way I called location on Big Bend who did answer the phone and was going to take order and payment over phone. My son arrives at Arnold location, goes inside they tell him they are unable to take payment over phone and that they’ve already put away all the food, which according to my son was all put away. So basically they told him they were closed and could not take an order. They close at 7, at this time is was 6:50. I would have sent him to Big Bend to pick up order that they were willing to take over phone but he would not have made it in time of actual closing time of 7. Very disappointing service.

Ordered a vegetable pizza which I always do at Papa Murphy’s and it’s usually good but this one here was so thin I could not get it off the cardboard it was folding in half as we were trying to eat it it wasn’t under baked I cooked it for 15 minutes plus called up there told the person I believe her name was Emily and she just kind of laughed and said sorry that happened you know I’m I guess I’ll just call the manager tomorrow I didn’t appreciate that she was not helpful whatsoever

Dominos is better than this. 16 for a large specialty plus tax. It’s like 18 and some change. For 25 you can get 3 larges from Dominos and you don’t have to cook it yourself. No extra electricity, just to make their life easier, and more money and no dishes.

Papa Murphy’s is amazing take and bake pizza. They use all fresh ingredients. Try the cowboy pizza if you’re a meat lover. Try the specialty herb chicken Mediterranean with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. You can’t go wrong. It’s like having Pizzeria pizza at home! I promise you, you have never had pizza like this, baked in your own oven. I found out you can even freeze them and they cook up great. I was so sad when the one in Farmington closed.
