Let’s see where do I begin? First off I ordered online ahead of me getting there to save on time. I was early so i went to target across the parking lot. Came across the street at the time it should have been done. Upon arriving there was one lady ahead of me whom they helped immediately. Me, not so much. I told the man my order and he told me they hadn’t even started it yet. Which was irritating but not upsetting seeing how i chose to pay in store. I can understand them not wanting to waste product in case i didn’t show. By this time the store is empty. I’m the only person there with two workers. My order wasn’t complicated even for a child. Just two pizzas and a salad. I should’ve been out in 5-10 mins tops but no i was in there for 30-45 before my order was finished. It took so long i had to ask what was going on. The guy instructed me he needed to put toppings on my salad. Mind you I was the only customer in there for about 10-15 mins. Like seriously how long does it take to throw some toppings on a pizza and salad ESPECIALLY ONE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO COOK!! The other pizza chains can why can’t papa Murphy’s? Included are pictures of my salad. They just threw the trash pieces in there smh. Do better!!

I love the pizza, today was an exception. I called 2x , no answer. Machine said call back. 20 min later someone answered and took my order. I went to pick up and no one was there to pay, I kept yelling hello, and knocking on counter. I finally left!!

Actually this time wasn’t so good. Normally we love getting pizza here but this time the dough/crust didn’t rise & was a grayish color, maybe a day or 2 old, not fresh dough made that day is all I can think is what happened. Of course also on a day we got 3 pizzas bc we had company over that wanted to try it for the 1st time too.

Usually I get pretty good service here but when asking for sausage instead of pepperoni on my kids mini Murph (which they’ve done before), they charged me an extra $1.75 for a 1/4 cup of sausage. What a rip. Bite the bullet for a buck or two to keep repeat business.
