We’ve ordered twice in the last couple weeks, and Sean has checked us out both times. Someone needs to give this young man a raise! His customer service is FANTASTIC, he is so sweet and welcoming! I don’t know if he is the one that prepared our pizzas, as we ordered ahead, but they did a wonderful job as well! We will be moving out of the area soon but will gladly make the drive as long as we receive the same great care at this location!

We come to Papa Murphy’s every week and our daughter was over went to Boardwalk Store ordered a pizza and a mini Murfreesboro peporoni and got no peporoni in the box it was too late to go back. I am starting to wonder about continuing to go there. We usually go to the store on NW 4th St. there are other pizza places to go to so getting an order right should be a first priority. Thanks for making my daughter unhappy.

These guys consistently don’t know about pizzas advertised on the website. My wife and I just left a minute ago and they seemed to completely be in the dark when she asked for chicken parmesan pizza. In general, this specific store is subpar compared to others Papa Murphy’s stores. It simply doesn’t taste the same.
