If you can order from a different location, I would recommend that. We usually order from the Lansing location but we were coming from Shawnee tonight. The food is good. The employee named Nate was rude to everyone. He even blatantly ignored one guy trying to talk to him. There was no sense of urgency and we waited over 20 minutes for our pizza to be made.

Papa Murphy’s that’s the place to go when you want to make your own peace they’ll get out the crust and you tell him how much sauce and whatever else you want on it and they’ll do it for you but I wish they just sold the crust the door for the pizza cuz I had to buy box what it was that stuff chef boyardee pizza dough mix from the grocery store and me and my kids started making our own pizzas whoa but Papa Murphy’s gives you a heads up and a way to go cuz they’ll show you how to go go great place go great place I’m going to post this

The shop was slammed this evening when I stopped in, but that didn’t prevent the three fellows on duty from being exceptionally friendly and courteous to every customer. They offered sincere apologies for delays, and thanked everyone as they exited. It was raining, and I even saw one of the employees hand-deliver a pizza to a customer waiting in her car! My pizza was tip-top, too. Well worth the wait (which wasn’t excessive by any means, anyway). I haven’t seen this level of professionalism and customer service for a long time, and was beginning to wonder if it was a thing of the past. The Papa Murphy’s – Bonner Springs crew has reaffirmed my faith. I will definitely be going back.

Great Pizza. Having to take it home to cook sounds like to can be a pain, but it’s more than worth it. This isn’t like frozen pizza you cook at home, it’s a pizza made from scratch, using fresh ingredients, and you can certainly taste the difference.
