Always had great pizza here. But two pizzas tonight were on the level of cardboard pizzas that dominos sells. Absolutely no sauce on either one. Probably won’t be doing Murphy’s anytime in future.

Omg I cannot say enough good things about the two beautiful young women that were working there tonight. I came in probably 10 minutes to close. They had already started cleaning everything up. At first I was going to tell them nevermind but they both reassured me that they could make my pizza’s. My memory hasn’t been the greatest since I was diagnosed with cancer but I do remember one of their names Emma! Both of their customer service skills were top notch. I have to be honest something you don’t see very often anymore. Thank you ladies you definitely saved me staying up until probably midnight cooking than cleaning.

I ordered two pizzas. Customized them to have no cheese on half of each pizza. They put cheese on everything. When I called them to explain the issue, they said they’d make a replacement pizza with no cheese. Then, when I returned to the store to correct the issue, they insisted that I did the order incorrectly (despite the fact that I had the order on my phone and could show exactly how I customized it to not have cheese). Because I didn’t bring back the original pizza (my husband had already baked it) they would not give me a replacement. Instead I bought another pizza at 50% off. I guess the discount was nice, but why am I paying for your mistake???

Hands down my favorite place to get pizza. Take and bake works well for my family, and Papa Murphy’s is the king of take and bake. Better than the already baked pizzas from the national chains, and competes favorably with the local ones too. The menu variety, speed of service, and friendliness of the employees are top notch at this location. I’m almost a weekly customer, and have recommended Papa Murphy’s to many friends and family members.

The Crew there is GREAT! The pizza is amazing. They will even have start my pizza when they see me walking in the door. They take the time to get to know the clientele. They are ridiculously friendly. They make a mean pizza and they accommodate your needs. Finally, they are fast! I have seen lines in the store and am never the least bit deterred, they are efficient.
