Stop by to get a Chicago style double crust pizza and the pizza was pretty much all bread. They put like a quarter of an inch worth of toppings in the pizza. If even that. It was $20 and it tasted terrible. What a waste of money. Then what I complain they told me they would give me 25% off my next order. I told them I wouldn’t be back as I could credit me 25%. Then she said I had to call back tomorrow to explain the situation and request that. I even tipped the girl of the pizza was awful.

I was a customer of the location on 156th & Q(closed) so I drove to this location. The owner was great and made my pizzas to order! Told him he has a new customer! My next visit was unpleasant, missing topping, tried to call next day, person was going to give credit for next pizza but wouldn’t return to our call. I stopped in to the store and the girl was again unpleasant but trying her best to only give me a refund on the topping because we ate the pizza we received and baked after they were closed! So not only will I not return to Papa’s location, but this might explain why the other location had to close if these 2 girls worked there too!! I hope the owner reads this, he gained me as a customer, but your employees lost me quickly!

Papa Murphy’s is absolutely AWESOME! I’ve been with them from Arizona to Nebraska, and I couldn’t be happier. Do you have to bake it yourself? Yup! Is it worth it? OMG, Yes! Long time customer, and I won’t be changing that anytime soon. Great pizza (and I’d like to think I am a connoisseur!)

Store opened at 11:00am, arrived at 11:08am with no other customers in the store and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I understand there are online orders, but for a “take and bake” pizza place a 2 hour wait for an in-store customer is just ridiculous.

The guy that was working was kind of a jerk and our pizza though was left from like 4 or 5 days cuz when we got it home and cooked it it didn’t taste very good the cheese look like it’d been sitting out and the heat because it just didn’t melt right on the pizza either I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

If I could rate it zero I would!! I live a half a block away from this location and I had 2 free coupons (that I had to buy 24 pizzas to get) for a large one topping pizza, and because the location I use to go to before I moved issued them, they wouldn’t honor them. Eric you are running a piss poor store. I will drive all the way to 156th and Q, at least there they treat people like they matter!!!
