I ordered my Large meat lover’s with creamy garlic sauce. over the phone at 5:56. They said it would take 10 – 15 minutes and they would have it ready. I had to pick up a prescription so I got there about 18 minutes later. I was the only one there when I walked in. A girl was cleaning and not sure what the other guy was doing. She went over to check on my pizza that wasn’t done yet and was kind of mad at the other kid. Then was asking my name and saying the system was down but then she acted like she found it. I told her I ordered a large meat lovers with creamy garlic sauce over the phone. Then some guy came behind me, and he ordered a Papa’s Favorite. Then when they gave me my pizza, I had the creamy garlic sauce but it was a Papa’s favorite and I said this is not what I ordered. I ordered creamy garlic sauce, but this is not the toppings I ordered and they said, didn’t you order a Papa’s favorite and I said no I called or over the phone And ordered a meat lovers. So then they proceeded to make me another pizza. The girl behind the counter made the pizza very quickly so I thought wow that was pretty quick and I took the pizza and thanked her and told her yeah you put on the receipt papa’s favorite When I ordered meat lovers over the phone and then I took the pizza and walked out of the store. And then I turned around and walked back in the store. They gave me the meat lovers pizza, but it had red sauce I came in the store and told them this has red sauce, don’t this look like red sauce to you and two of them said yes and the girl that made the pizza she would not even look at the pizza. I just got frustrated and said forget it. I will take it and left. I don’t think I will ever be going back. It’s nice that the pizza’s a $12 on Tuesday and I would understand if they were busy or something but there was myself and one other guy in there at the time. Some other girl called in for her pizzas and both of her pizzas were ready. This is just very DISAPPOINTING! Because they do have very good pizza.

I ordered online at 7:23pm and pickup was scheduled for 7:56. I got a call 3 mins later stating that they close at 7:30pm and that my order was ready for pickup. Everywhere online says that they close at 8pm. I questioned the guy about that and he said corporate doesn’t keep up with their local hours. I feel terrible about making them wait as I was a 20 min drive away. I show up at 7:42 and the lights are off but I notice the hours on the door…it says that they close at 9. I just grab the pizza and leave. I don’t like being lied to and I hope this problem will get fixed (looks like I’m not alone according to other reviews on here). It’s one of my favorite pizzas but that alone is not enough to keep businesses afloat in todays world.

The kids were running the place. The guys came in from outside as were ordered. The girl didn’t know how to run the register. The toppings weren’t evenly distributed. Part of the crust was wrapped over the paper pan.

Everytime I go there which is a couple times a week on average the staff is very helpful very friendly it’s quick it’s easy they take SNAP cards. Pizza options are breadsticks dessert pizza in wide variety and good price nice to have their specials. Also they have a punch card so for every 12 pizzas, you get one free.

Disappointed. Ordered a large cheese extra cheese with pan crust. I love the buttery stuff in the pan that I pour over the cheese after baking and taking the pizza out of the pan. But today there was no buttery stuff in the pan and the “extra” was missing in the cheese. Sad day.
