Drove all the way out from the Noble area just to come home to my order completely messed up. I ordered a large stuff crust pizza ( which was not even stuffed crust, they gave me a regular but charged me for stuff crust ) and 2 mini Murphy kits that came like the pic below. Called up there and all I was told is that they couldnt do anything about it and I was told to cook it on the tray…. what tray.. All I got was topping and dough wrapped in plastic. Again was pretty much told oh well. I wont ever waste my time again here.. Poor customer service and the “manager” was just as clueless as the employees.

Everyone is always so nice here. The manager is always on his game. The pizza is always good. The store is always clean. Your house will smell amazing as it is baking. If you go on the weekend, or dinnertime, take advantage of ordering online so you don’t have to wait as long in the store

I love this place. Papa Murphey’s is a place where low income families can go and have a pizza night using snap benefits. The service has always been amazing, very helpful and most of the time, I am greeted with friendly faces and bright smiles. The quality of the pizzas are amazing, especially their stuffed pizzas, and the great thing about those is they are so filling, so there’s plenty to go around. Their prices are, in my opinion, about your average pizza place, except on their specialty days. (go on Tuesdays :)) it takes a little longer to cook the stuffed, but so worth it. I haven’t bought any food from them that I haven’t enjoyed. It’s definately earned all the stars I give it.

To start truly enjoy the pizza they have here. Always enjoy their specials especially on Tuesday. Saying that….this Tuesday I was ordering online and had an issue. If u order online watch ur pricing. As I was placing my order i realized I wasn’t getting the special pricing. I stopped and called and was informed it wouldn’t show till check out. As I checked out it didn’t change. When I got to store to bring it to their attention they said it wasn’t their problem because it had to do with the Internet and I had to take additional time to contact them.

was picking up an order and they were acting like its my job to make sure everything that is in the order is asked for by the doordash driver. didnt give me cheesebread until i asked after looking at the order. they didnt have any marinara cups in stock for the customer and the customer was actually nice enough to disregard that discrepancy. i took one pizza but turns out it was supposed to be 2 of them. this is one of those places where they really dont want to work with doordash delivery drivers. i walked in and none of them seemed to care if i had all my order with me before i left. i did call them out on missing items but the receipt seemed to say one pizza and then turned out it was two and nobody at the store cared to even make sure i left with the entire order.

I ordered a Greek pepperoni ($15.26 after tax), hold the black olives, add onions. They gave me a pie with sauce and onions and said that it was totally normal for people to order premium pies without toppings. I asked for a replacement pie and she offered me a 50% store credit for in person orders only, refused to give me her name or the corporate number, and hung up on me. Worst Papa Murphy’s ever. Won’t be going back.
