So your pictures show the pepperoni on top of the pizza. I moved the cheese and sauce around and didn’t see any pepperoni. Called and was told it’s between the crusts? I’m confused. Will see after it’s cooked if that’s true. Also I’d suggest showing photos of the pizzas uncooked, how they actually come because I was in a rush ordering pizza and didn’t realize I’d be adding a 40minute cook time. Not sure why there’s an option to tip when you don’t even cook the pizza. I could’ve spent 10$ at Walmart for an uncooked pizza or for the price three pizzas vs 35$ here. For one pizza…

Ordered online about 2 hours ahead. Got there and no pizza or Cinnamon Wheel. Finally got a pizza but no Cinnamon Wheel. No refund and no help at store. Used to be a favorite. Edit-finally got refund after writing corporate since local store could not help.

Always have loved papa Murphys but over the last year or so the service is good, the employee is friendly and informative. The issue I have it wether it’s the slowest day or the busiest day there is there is always only one employee scheduled to work, got told today that it’d be an hour wait before I even asked to place an order. Not everyone knows your establishment doesnt sell cooked pizza. The cashier doesnt seem to tell that to customers when they go buy it. It caused a big problem with the party who was going to eat this dinner as I ordered two pies and they were made raw. Then the amount of onions they put into the pizza is a joke. Educate the customer! Tell them that they dont have medium pies and inform them you will take a raw pizza home. End of story, be honest with your guests.

Order online, leave the house, by the time I get there it’s on the pick-up rack ready to go. Good quality pizza! Just bake it yourself! Just like homemade! Papa Murphy’s has to be one of the best pizza chains of our time. I honestly think their take and bake pizza outweighs Domino’s or Sloppy John’s on quality, freshness and taste. Hands down. And for those who like it a little “well done” like myself, just bake a few extra minutes…perfect!

Better than any other pizza because it’s fresh. You are in control and can have it ready when you are. It also reheats better due to this. The prices are awesome and have deal days that make it very inexpensive to eat out. Haven’t tried any flavor I didn’t like. I’m not a big Asian foodie but the Thai pizza is great if you like something a little more unique.

Okay, when they’re on their game, it’s a terrific place with great pizza. It’s just that every time I’ve been there, something is wrong… They’re understaffed, the register or app is not working, they’re out of a topping, or they just plain get the order wrong. It’s a fifty fifty chance you’ll get a good experience, but the pizza is mostly good.
