I went in today and ordered my pizza. The person at the register said it would be a little longer than normal. I waited 40 minutes and asked how much longer it would be. They looked and there were about 15 orders ahead of mine. I asked for a refund and they refused saying the manager was on vacation.

Well, they don’t cook your food. I ordered a calzon to give it a try and I paid them to cook it myself. Then they put the raw dough in a plastic container leaving it stuck. That was fun. Never again will I pay this place to improperly prepare my food without cooking it. Very lame.

Hi. I have been a customer with this location for over a year now and have experienced nothing but great service. Gracie and Mike have always gone above and beyond for me even in times they were heavily busy. I was behind Nancy (wrote a one star review). She claims she is 63 and was “cussed out” which is not the case. Gracie offered to customize a fave pizza for her (not even customizable which is why they are cheap), but still went above and beyond to provide great service. Nancy claims there wasn’t “enough cheese” on the pizza which is false. Might I add to the point that she is not 63, but somewhere in her early 20s. She was rude to Gracie from the start and had it out for her. She has spouted lies on the reviews for this website. Gracie is an exceptional worker. Nancy lied about her age and the the claims of how Gracie cussed her out is just not true. She is just upset that she didn’t get what she wanted on her cheap little pizza. Again faves are not customizable. If you want extra cheese pay for it instead of spouting lies about a hard working young lady! Please take this review into consideration as not every customer tells the truth!

I absolutely LOVE the take’n’bake pizzas from here! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Artichoke. It has a creamy garlic sauce base instead if the traditional red. It’s a truly delicious combination. I also love that you can order online and pick it up at their drive thru window. I’m sure not every location has a drive thru window, but the one on Longhorn Ave does and I LOVE not having to get the kids out of the car! I often receive email promotions where I get 50% off an order of $20 or more and that makes it a STEAL for pizza this good. I know it’s easy to just order it already cooked and delivered from somewhere like domino’s. But it’s not as delicious as this, in my opinion. It’s worth the extra time it takes to cook it yourself. And even if you dont like this type of pizza they have TONS of other choices that are equally delicious.
