Came in on a slow night and was the only customer in the place, yet despite saying hello to the person sweeping behind the counter, I was ignored. Sauntered up to the till and was ignored some more by 2 people looking at the POS. I understand that things happen and maybe they were trying to fix an issue, but a friendly hello or sorry, just a moment would have gone a long way. Ordered my pizza, was left to take my own receipt. Did not once feel welcome, more like my presence was a nuisance. I was willing to chalk it all up to the staff having a bad day until I got home and saw there was a FLY in my pizza. DISGUSTING!!!! It was dead under the saran wrap so I have to assume it got trapped in the ingredients bin some how in the restaurant. I submitted a request for someone to contact me about it and still have heard absolutely nothing. That was 4 weeks ago. Will absolutely not be back.

I am a huge fan of Papa Murphy’s Pizza, all the way back into the 80s when they were called Papa Aldo’s Pizza. I love everything about the quality, quantity, and reasonable prices. Sadly, I can not say the same about this location. You do not get quality or quantity here. They frequently have shorted us on toppings and also have not made our order over the phone pizzas. Perhaps they have been burned too much by college students, but I am driving 20 minutes and it could be ready when I arrive. Whenever possible I order from the Teasley location instead.

Stopped by this location around 1:30 today 11/7. Initially wasn’t sure if they were open because the open sign wasn’t on. The girl working wasn’t rude but certainly wasn’t pleasant, the person I was with said thank you at least twice, the employee didn’t respond. I almost always tip and was going to but when the employee basically acted like she was being inconvenienced I choose not to leave a tip. Sorry you had to do your job for 5 minutes.

Love the chicken bacon artichoke on thin crust. My husband loves supreme on regular crust. The Mediterranean salad is always fresh and tasty. Super fast service most all the time and they are not stingy with pizza toppings.
