Izzy was very polite, however I said I placed my order at 6:30 and it’s 7. They explained that there was a rush and apologized. So I asked if it’s better to come in than to order online, they said yes they do in store orders before online orders. That means my tickets probably been sitting there since I put in the order. I feel like I’m getting old or I’m just pregnant and cranky, but I feel like the younger generation that are working in the food industry Lolli gag.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at this Papa Murphy’s location. Justin and Jacob have consistently shown true customer service. They are perhaps the top reason (the pizza is a VERY CLOSE contender) I visit this location for our (my lovely wife has vetted this too!) weekly Tuesday pizza special. Always clean inside, well lit, fresh ingredients, and an atmosphere of neighborly friendliness…I am honored to call this Papa Murphy’s Belton, Texas my favorite local pizza destination. It rocks!!

Although it took us over 30 mins to get our pizza. The pizza was absolutely amazing. They definitely need more help in there. Those poor girls were getting their butts handed to them. They just could not keep up with all the orders. Everyone seemed to be pretty patient with the 2 workers that were in there.

I actually just picked up food for someone else here so I don’t know about the food and it’s not a dine in establishment so atmosphere is not applicable. However, the service was fabulous! They were beyond swamped for Valentine’s Day right at dinner time and yet the employees were friendly and working as quickly as possible.

I have gotten pizza’s in Utah from Papa Murphy’s year’s ago and when I found out that Belton has one I was excited. It is about a half hour drive for me but the customer service is great. The pizza’s are great too.
