I ordered a pizza, which says it supposed to be thin crust and I receive regular crust. I ordered extra cheese got no extra cheese. I ordered extra chicken got no extra chicken. However, I was charged for both items. When I brought back to the store I was told that nothing could be done. I spend a lot of money in the store, but that was yesterday, that is in the past now. I will never buy from the store or Papa Murphy’s again.

I was there at 4.30 to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready by 4.15 they hadn’t even started working on it. As I was waiting a customer that came in after me who said their order was supposed to be ready at 4.30 was served first because they were pushy even when I said mine should be first. They were rude to me and said they were slow because the server was sick but she wasn’t wearing a mask while making food and being sick. Also my order was wrong. I will never go back to this location.

What is going on with this place?? No one and I mean no one ever answer the phone- u now have to walk in just to order.The place looks understaffed to say the least and I would assume the employees are probably under paid as well. Who ever runs this place you have good food but horrible staff that doesn’t respect you, your process and the customers. You need to step up, run a tight ship, and get back to the Pappa Murphy you used to be

Can’t beat the 10 dollar Tuesdays, I would suggest either ordering online or calling in as there is still a wait. They move pretty fast, it’s just the store can get cramped. Everyone there that I’ve spoken to are always professional and polite.

I love Papa Murphys pizza and will continue to order but perhaps not from the Hampden and Chambers location. I was there about 3:30pm January 21 to get one of their Friday $5 pizzas. There were a few other customers picking up their online order. There were 3 workers and there was time between orders where someone could have cleaned up the prep counters from all the ingredients that had fallen off other pizzas. The floor was also a mess. If I had my phone with me I would have taken pictures to show how disgusting and dirty the place was. I watched other pizzas and mine being made and the prep workers even put ingredients that had fallen on the counter on the pizzas. I have never seen such a mess before on counter and floor . At the very least the person waiting to wrap the pizzas could have cleaned up instead of just standing there. When I left I did say they might want to clean up the place but who knows if they did. Like I said, Papa Murphys is our favorite but that store was a disaster and definitely not hygienic. Hopefully they will do better.
