I normally order online because we are busy and it saves time. This time we decided on pizza for dinner last minute and had to order inside. Our pizza was made before I finished paying. I had special requests for extra salad dressing and extra icing for the cinnamon wheel and I actually received them!! It was a great visit good job team

Wrong order and wrong attitude. Ordered Chicken Bacon Stuffed crust (and much more $67) unfortunately I did not check before leaving store (have ordered many times with no issues). Received something with peppers and olives instead. Because it was a bit late, with family over, did not want to go back out to replace it as employee suggested, he told me he would have a manager call me Monday. No call, so on Wednesday I called talked (1:30pm non busy time) with manager who was a bit short (NO I AM SORRY) asked if I could bring the pizza in (from Sunday) . . finally agreed to refund that pizza (thank you for not letting me pay for a pizza that wasn’t what we ordered).

Called tonight at 7:41 to order a pizza for pick up and was told it was too late to order a pizza, which is the second time this has happened to us. We called back because they are supposed to be open until 8:00 and it’s take and bake pizza so shouldn’t take that long, and were still told no without any reasoning. We told the guy on the phone we were going to write a bad review and call and talk to a manager, he said “no problem” and hung up on us. No explanation, no “I understand, but we have to ____, which is why we can’t take orders after a certain time,” nothing. If you don’t want to be open until 8, close earlier. We’ll go find another place that actually honors their hours, wants business, and won’t hang up on their customers. So ridiculous and such awful customer service to hang up on us. RUDE.
