The pizza is always good, but every time we order online, they ask for a tip on the front end. A tip is supposed to be rendered for good service. How do I know if there will be good service on the front end? Last time we got pizza here, we gave a tip because my husband was afraid they’d do a bad job if he didn’t. Then, when we got the pizza, it was wrong (had toppings we had not wanted/ordered). This time, we ordered online and we couldn’t even check out without including a tip. In my opinion, this business should NEVER be asking for a tip since the customer makes the order, the customer picks up the order, the customer drives it home, and then the customer bakes the food. There is no reason why they should expect to get any kind of tip. If they want tips, they need to have waiters, waitresses, chefs- that actually wait on you. If they are charging $60 for 3 pizzas, they have already received enough money to cover a tip.

Pizza is always ready to go when they say it will be. Location is very small but plenty of parking. Pizzas are always loaded with toppings and they cook up perfectly. If you’re looking for bake at home fresh pizza this is the place to get it.

Great pizza and they’re always fast and reliable. I gave this store 3 stars due to the younger staff. When I went to get pizza the two store associates were complaining about what to eat and that they’d rather have little ceasars or Dions across the street then Papa Murphys, all while making pizza. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the patrons getting their Friday dinner. Not what I wanna hear!

I recently went here this last Tuesday, as I often do. I ordered ahead but when I got there, the stuffed pizza has an odd, very loose roll around the crust. As I looked closer, I noticed there was still bacon in the pizza that I asked to be subbed out. The girl that made it was tall, with glasses and dirty blonde hair. She was offended when I asked for a refund or remake. She remade it but still kept the loose roll on the crust, which I rerolled when I got home (came out pretty good for a first try). Then for the first time since eating here, I had weird intestinal troubles after each time I ate that pizza….. Like maybe she did something to it…idk. probably not going back after that….

I’ve been going to Papa Murphy’s over a decade and we have been going to this location since they opened. I’m not sure if the ownership or management has changed, but I will be going to Brighton for Papa Murphy’s from now on. Even though I live in Reunion their treatment of my family as a customer justifies the additional drive. The people here are rude and act as if it’s a chore to have to serve I’ve witness them treat customers similar to me that were served in front of me. They wouldn’t take a papas pals coupon that all the other Papa Murphy’s take and Reunion P.M. has always taken, and when I got my pizza today, they shorted us by cutting the ham slices in half! Do not waste your time and money on poor service and poor quality products! If I could give a zero rating I would.

I have been going to this Papa Murphy’s since it opened and it seems the service has gone down while the price has gone up significantly. It is around $25 for a family size pizza with a few toppings. I can definitely order a delivery pizza that is already cooked and not have to deal with my order not being ready or incorrect.

This is the second pizza we have tried to order with tomatoes on half but instead got olives and tomatoes on the whole thing just because the Mediterranean pizza has olive oil?? Doesn’t make sense when on the order and recipe it is correct.
