Last time I ordered 2 calzones and waited for 35 minutes for them to be made. This time I ordered a pizza and it was a complicated half n half order. He didn’t write it down. Started to make it and made a mistake and had to start over. Then I got it home and found that he completely forgot the pepperoni but I paid for pepperoni. I’m very upset. Why cant this store operate flawlessly? Every time I come in theres an issue. I think I’m done.

Man I don’t know if they’re changing their game or if Papa Murphy’s is hit hard by inflation. There was 1 guy working today, so when I showed up at the time my online order said it’d be ready, he hadn’t even started. My order ended up being ready 20 min after they said it’d be. Then, they either changed recipe on the desert pizza or someone accidentally made it with some old dough. It didn’t have near the amount of cinnamon topping it usually does, and it came out of my oven wafer thin and crispy, after only 10 min of baking. I’ll try it again since this was the first time I’ve had bad luck with Papa Murphy’s across the 7 states I’ve lived, but I’m worried they’re cutting costs lately and its reflected in quality.

Ordered an Hawaiian large thin crust pizza. It is barely 14” and the toppings are about a 10” pizza amount and hardly any sauce. The kid behind the counter told us that’s just the way it is! When we said this doesn’t look right. Probably won’t order from here again.

You need to try the new Keto Pizza! Toss is my favorite Papa Murphys! Located in a strip mall- there parking is right up front. You can order online or go in the store and they will make it right before your eyes! There is no public restroom. Prices are great and the pizza is phenomenal! Customer service here is fast and friendly!

The manager who served us was literally so rude for no reason. Treated us like we were stupid when we brought up a deal that is posted online, treated us like we were stupid over the pizza sizes, overall just a horrible experience. Love Papa Murphy’s, but this place needs a lesson in customer service.

1st business I have ever posted a review for. These owners are horrible. They messed up my order, (which isn’t a big deal) but the way they handled it was the issue. First off, its a 40 mile round trip for me to pick up a pizza. Pretty inconvenient right? Well I was told when I called that the pbbut in this case olicy was that they could not make the replacement pizza until I arrived with the mistake pizza so that they could verify it was wrong, (like I would make a 40 mile round trip if it wasn’t, causing me another 10 minute delay. Cost me $7 in gas to make the trip and practically a hour of my time. And all they had to offer me was a hard time about their mistake. It was not about the money since I made 1.5 mil last year, it was about the principal. I have been a business owner for 35 years now and trust me, this is not the way you run a business. If it were me, I would have offered to drive the correct pizza to the customer myself, because a retail business is all about customer service. If you folks would like some free business consultation, just let me know. I normally charge $3000 a day, but in this case I will offer my services for free because I hate to see companies fail. And treating customers like this you will definitely fail. Losing a customer over a $14 pizza that cost you $3 to throw together is a failed business policy ever time.

We love Papa Murphy’s. We rarely eat out and I have never posted a review. However, this location has dropped the ball on several occasions, and the consumers deserve to know who they are supporting. Every time we have ordered pizza here, they get it very wrong. For example, we once ordered a meat lovers pizza with original crust and I went to pick it up, drove home twenty minutes, then noticed it was a thin crust pizza with cheese and onion. I attempted to call in and the phone was busy for 20 minutes then hung up. I drove back to the store and the employees said they will remake my pizza. I expected maybe a discount at least, but I guess my expectations were too high. This is one out of basically every occasion they have gotten our order wrong. The owner needs to take responsibility of his store because he is riding the coattails of this popular and usually delicious take out franchise.

So, I have always loved Papa Murphy’s. My husband and I have been regulars everywhere we have lived. We always find the nearest Papa Murphy’s. This location is the only one who has co consistently gotten our order wrong EVERY time. Okay well, once out of at least a dozen they got it right. It is so disappointing because they are so close to our house, but I’m just done getting the wrong order every time. I went back a few times, they said, ‘We ran out of that item. Sorry!’ Which is nice enough, but if they are running out as often as they are getting my order wrong, they need a better inventory system. Just so sad that we are no longer Papa Murphy’s regulars due to this.
