Papa Murphy’s is great, but this location is not. Employees do not acknowledge you as you enter, and like to put the paper receipts directly on the ingredients as they make pizzas. If you order online expect a lengthy delay past the agreed upon time that the order is supposed to be ready.

This Papa Murphy’s is super stingy on it’s toppings. The original crust is almost as thin as their thin crust. They charge an extra $1 on pies to cover extra costs. The advertised deals will cost more because of this. They can’t even cover the pizza with enough cheese to cover the sauce. Other Papa Murphy’s don’t do this. I actually drive an extra 3 miles to go to another Murphy’s. C’mon Man.

Order was wrong at pick up and the guy making the pizzas expected me to take the order saying that’s what was on the ticket. I know I clearly told the girl on the phone the correct toppings. He acted like it was a big deal to remake the pizza. Then made my pizza with minimal toppings. This location has been declining for a while and the management doesn’t care at all about quality or customer service. I’ll be going to the highlands ranch location from now on.

It was by far the worst pizza my family and I have ever had. We will never be back. Spent a whole lot of money for not even the correction pizza be correct it was nothing but literally tomatoes. Not only that the kids they have working at this store need supervision. It most definitely needs attention. Not only do they have the worst management that I could get to. Because apparently on your 1st day at maybe 15 (I think this kid was) the manager walked out and left him to run the store! On his 1st day he couldn’t even make a pizza yet!

I showed up to this location at 7:40 they would not take an order however I had called at 7:20 they never informed me that the order needed to be in by 730pm which would have been helpful to know prior to leaving my home in 17 degree weather. I was not sure what I wanted to order that’s why I did not order when I called. Poor customer service! Suggest Blackjack across the street great cauliflower crust options!

My experience tonight was less than desirable. To start off, the kid taking my order clearly didn’t want to be helping a walk in customer and definitely wasn’t listening to me when I ordered. We asked for a simple family size with extra cheese and pepperoni, with pineapple on half. He also asked what crust I wanted. I said normal crust. What we got was a thin crust with no pepperoni. I wish I had double checked it or watched them make the pizza so I could have asked them to correct it. This place really needs to hire better quality staff.

They claim to be open until 8pm, yet when I called to place an order at 7:20pm I was told “the store owner doesn’t like us to stay late cleaning up, so we don’t take walk-ins or phone orders after 7:00pm.” If you stop serving food at 7, shouldn’t you just say that? The employee was very respectful at least.
