Order was supposed to be ready thirty minutes ago from an app order (told at time of order it was 30 minutes till ready. No apologies no comment at all on the order being late. This location used to be absolutely great but there is an obvious lack of management involvement as it’s gone way downhill! Stay away from here!

Ordered the limited time Beef Taco Grande pizza. Before you get one, buy some taco sauce or seasoning of your own. I found no taste of Taco on this at all. None of us did. I’m still giving 4 stars because the pizza itself was still good and so are the staff. Just no taco taste. Needs more seasoning.

I have no idea how this location has managed to earn four stars. Easily THE slowest Papa Murphy’s in town. If you order online, add 45 minutes to an hour on top of whatever estimated time they give you for when your pizza is ready. I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt if it were to happen once or even twice, but this is the fourth experience like this at this location, which is my fault by this point. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Was charged for stuffed crust tonight and received thin crust with half the toppings missing. Called and offered to send a picture, but they wanted me to drive 40 minutes round trip to show them how they screwed up. I’m out 25.00 for a pizza I didn’t order and they want me to spend an hour of my time as well as gas to get there. Pretty much not standing behind what they offer. That’s poor management. Manager didn’t seem to care even a little. Didn’t seem to care about anything really. Not really someone I want to do business with.

I am here to tell the owners Jack and Jenny as someone who runs a local business myself. You have one of the most outstanding young employees I have ever witnessed in Ruby. First, she was completely on her own tonight.that alone was a challenge on on a Sunday. Absolutely kept her cool. My piza was 30 minutes ate. But I just watched as she doing this all alone and I appreciate that she just kept moving on with a smile and confidence. Absolutely impressive.

More than I like to pay for pizza since I prefer to cook at home, and lots of sauce shows through unless you order extra cheese. But service is excellent, and was good for grabbing in a short amount of time after we ordered. They had the cheapest heart Valentine pizzas in town fyi, which is what my friend needed so that’s what we got her.
