We received a txt from them regarding a buy one get one free pizza deal. We ordered 4. My wife gets to the store. ALL 4 pizzas are made. They refuse to give us 2 of them stating there was a limit on how many pizzas you could order and get the deal per name. NO WHERE did it state that in the txt message or when we ordered it online. There was no manager on duty that could give us a refund. We have bought pizzas there for years. We have never had this bad of service. Do not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would.

Pizza is fine, good even. I’m a person who believes in tipping (as forced to by US custom), but I’m offended by the expectation of companies to try and offload the need to increase their wages on consumers. This is a take and bake pizza… they are making the same pizzas over and over again, this is not a service tipping situation. Pay your employees a living wage and stop asking for tips from your customers.

So today they had a $5 pizza sale. My wife can’t have cheese so I asked if they could just leave off the cheese. They said no… I wasn’t asking for a substitution or anything other than “please just skip the cheese for my wife.” I mean it would have taken less time to make it and cost them less money. The manager actually came over to tell the person working the register not to do it…

Placed an online order to pick up 6 pizza’s on $5 Friday deal (I’ve placed this order multiple times before with no issue, I have receipts to prove I have). I was called and told suddenly the limit has changed to 4, which is fine, until I was basically called a liar and that I would have never been able to to place that kind of order before. After that reaction I asked to cancel the order and what I had to do and before I could ask any more questions the store hung up on me.

Pizzas were made great, the taco pizza is my recommendation. We also ordered the cinnamon pizza and the kids loved it. the cream cheese frosting is very good. Store was clean, staff was friendly. The location is easy to get into but exiting can be a bit tricky as it was our first time to this location.

Over all my favorite pizza chain. They have a take and bake model of sales. The staff is always friendly and courteous and your order is prepared in front of you quickly. They run specials from time to time period you can sign up for text message coupons that come in handy. They don’t have any locations were I currently reside, otherwise they would definitely received my business.

OK location. As some have noted I have had some challenges getting them to honor coupon and deals. They are still a great concept and I enjoy their products. No major issues, however I am tending to use them less as now traditional pizza places are offering equal or better deals. I will be back, but not in love with the location or chain as I once was.
