Over a week ago, on a Wednesday, I stopped in to see if they carried the dairy free cheese and would accommodate my dairy allergy. They gladly agreed to make my pizza in the back, in a clean area, using fresh ingredients that hadn’t been cross-contaminated on the line with cheese. I paid and started to wait when bad news came from the back– they were out of their dairy free cheese. It was due to be on the truck on Thurs. or Fri. so they took my name and number down, told me to keep my receipt and stop by the next day. I tried to call on Thursday but couldn’t get through so I just stopped in and the truck had still not come. I stopped by again on Friday, no sign, so a kind girl took my number and told me they would call me when it came in.

We were so excited when Papa Murphy’s started offering dairy free cheese! Sadly, every single time we order they use dairy cheese even though the order clearly says “dairy free cheese”. The first couple of times was no big deal, but after the fifth time of this happening it’s a little ridiculous.

We’ve now started ordering weekly because of the quality service and food that this Papa Murphys has been dishing up. The staff here have ALL been friendly, helpful and have gotten our orders right. I would HIGHLY reccomend an order (delivery available at the current time 12/18).

Waited on phone from 7:30 pm while driving to store with no answer. Approx. 15 minutes to arrive at 7:45 pm and found no customers waiting and three employees whom acted as though the could care less about serving anyone. Ordered pizza from the young lady, then asked if they had turned off their phones, then received the answer that they had indeed turned them off quite awhile ago. As soon as I left at 7:54 pm the young lady locked the door and walked away laughing to the other employees.

I absolutely love papa murphys!!!!!! It is spectacular, they are by far the best pizza from a chain restaurant. I love that I can customize the ingredients on 4 different sizes of pizza while I watch it be made fresh. Their recipes or styles are amazing as well. The best thing they have is the layered pizzas I’ve never had anything like that; I love them!!!! Especially when you stuff it with a different type of pizza then what’s on the top. Also there Chicago style pizza is on point. Lastly but most importantly the cinnamon swirl dessert pizza thingy slaps harder then my step dad!!!!!

We have always loved Papa Murphy’s pizza, and when it is made correctly it’s wonderful pizza. When the Schwartz family owned this franchise it was well made. Once the new corporate owner took over, my pizza is made incorrectly every 3rd time I order. The staff has been rude and never apologizes when it’s wrong. When I complained and wanted the pizza corrected, I ended up in the “owner’s book” I found out that I can no longer get my pizza remade since they have screwed up too many times and each time I called to say I wanted what I gave a written order for, but didn’t get. Save your money and order from a pizza place that wants your business and will make your order correctly and will apologize when they get it wrong, instead of putting you in “The Owner’s Book” I would think they would be embarrassed to be making their pizzas wrong so many times. It is VERY disappointing to be treated this way, but I guess money is more important than customer service.

Staff are friendly. Service is generally good. If you phone in an order, be sure and say that when you come in. It’s probably sitting on a shelf waiting for you. Ask about that if they ask you to wait.
