I usually come to this location to enjoy a delicious pizza, unfortunately I came to this location on 8/17/2023 for a job interview and I filled out an application and waited for 39 minutes and no one came to talk to me. This is after an interview was scheduled for 2pm. They stayed in the office the whole time. But I was disappointed even more when I asked what the starting wage was and the reply was 9.50 an hour. The Indeed listing stated 14-16.50 very sad and disappointing. This just says to me that this employer will fill you with lies and disappointment. I did mention I have years of experience with the company but its sad to know the true wage of every person who works there. As for me I have a full time job that is less work than what these poor kids are putting into this establishment at a very higher wage than what Papa Murphy’s offers. I was just looking for a part time job but not here.

Very disappointed in my experience today. I called in an order at 5:57pm today and said I would pick it up . I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I went to pick it up. I waited there in the restaurant to get it expecting to get in the said 30 minutes. I DID NOT GET MY PIZZA UNTIL 7:18 pm. It was ridiculous. Not enough staff , a huge line and the people just kept coming. And when I asked for my call in order at 7:15 they just threw it together. And glared at me when they called my name. It is the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant dine in or take out. I honestly think that I will take my business elsewhere PERMANENTLY.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a NYXL pizza and they ran out of NYXL premade dough so they decided to stretch a medium dough on a large pan (smaller than a NYXL) and call it good. When questioned about it they said that is ALL they could do. I will not visit this location again!

Very disappointed. Odered pizza online at 5:35 pm. I finally got pizzas at 7 pm. Was a mess. I thought one was mine but wasn’t. Anyhow. Got 2 pizzas the same. I could have made one myself for the time and everything it took. I understand short handed also but almost an hour and a half.

This place has just gone down hill, nothing but children working it and managing it. Absolutely no customer service skills. I don’t understand how they are unsupervised. Not one person there looked older than 15-16 yrs old. These poor kids have to endure a lot and it’s not all there fault. They lost my order again, I use the app and order for a later pickup but they keep losing the order and I whined up waiting for far too long for them to get to making my order. They put my order at the end of the line like I just ordered it and not as they had screwed up. It should be the very next order made. It was place hours before all these peoples after all. Is this wrong of my to think this? Shame on Papa Murphy’s for not having an adult running these stores and teaching these children how to behave and have a good customer service attitude.

This location has messed up my online order the last 4 times at least!! Literally so many times I can’t keep count. The pizzas aren’t wrapped all the way and there’s never any sauce. Whoever you hired the last couple months needs to be fired! The teens are way better I used to tip and can’t even do it anymore.

Professionals! Handled an unruly customer well and remained friendly to everyone else. Announced to many customers, they were hiring and to spread the word. I took a couple applications for friends I know who are searching. Got home and made the delicious pizzas.
