I worked at this location when I was 16 and know this would not have gotten the okay. Barely any cheese and my second pizza didn’t even have topping cheese. I walked in and could have ran off with stuff due to no staff walking out until I was basically out the door. Not happy. Do better. I understand it’s usually a first job but man for 30 bucks not impressed

We ordered 4 pizzas last night, we have not ordered since April. All 4 pizzas had little to no toppings on them. I called and talked to a manager who said that due to COVID they have raised their prices and have cut back their toppings. She offered to remake the pizzas and only charge me 50%.. I paid almost $60 dollars for pizza that I had to cook myself and didn’t even keep the teenage boys happy. Very sad, this was a great place to get excellent pizza. Too bad they want to raise their prices and give you less food so they can put more money in corporates pocket.

This experience was at the Fairview location next to Crunch Fitness in Meridian. Just got home with my pizza and it was not what I ordered. I called to see what they could do for the mistake. I verified the order when I made the order and then when I picked up I again stated the pizzas I expected. It was dark and I went through the drive up so unfortunately I didn’t pull them apart to check the bottom one—just assumed I would be getting the ones I had ordered. When I called back to see what could be done, I was told all they could do was give me the right one if I drove back to get it. I live 20 minutes away and on a Friday night when my fam and I are starving and ready to start “family night” I do not feel like making an extra 40 minute trip to exchange the wrong pizza for the right one. The gal was very apologetic, but that doesn’t fix anything. We don’t go out to eat often, so when we do, we like to get what we ask for and pay for. I wish we could have been given the correct pizza to begin with or given a refund. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for a Papa Murphy’s Pizza at 6:05pm, and get to the window to pick it up. We’re then informed that the staff had “gotten behind and they were unable to fulfill the order” and that we need to pull in front to wait even longer for them to make the order. As we’re waiting for pizza, people are walking in and out of the business with their order and not a single person is waiting for their order. The pizza is great, but the wait? Not so much.
