This location has been a part of our family dinners for over a decade! The food is always good and the team is fast and friendly. Jocelyn, the manager, is a wonderful person and always has a smile, even during the biggest rush! Our favorite pizza is the chicken bacon artichoke, but the papa’s perfect and cowboy are also pretty great!

Stopped by the Garrity location after work today and the customer service was AMAZING. Staff was wearing masks, they were so upbeat and bubbly, and they made my pizza exactly how I asked. ‘Tis the season to spread cheer and they definitely cheered up my day. Thank you Papa Murphy’s!

Been going to Papa Murphy’s for I don’t know how long….both in Seattle and many locations in the Boise area. It’s hard to beat their take and bake pizza and are extremely consistent from location to location. Service is very good also. I wish they would add a couple of their limited time pizzas to the everyday menu like the Mexican pizza. Their sides are good too.

Tried to use a coupon online, my cousin wasn’t able to with her form of payment. We went inside and the girl at the register said it was no problem, and that she would apply it at the end. However, the guy that was working with her overheard, and refused to allow the coupon since it was an online coupon, said they had no way of adding it on, even though the girl had already said she could. After placing our order, we could tell that the guy was very irritated with us, and just threw our pizzas together quickly, unlike the other pizzas he made. The girl was friendly, the guy needs to learn some customer service etiquette.

Call ahead. They have a quality product and friendly service. However, every time I’ve been to this location there have been 10-20 people waiting for pizza that they have to then go home to bake. The first time I went here I ordered my pizza when I arrived and ended up wanting 40 minutes for these four, young people, who were working at a staggering pace, to get to my pie. Even though this location is on my way home from work I won’t stop here unless I think about it an hour, or more, before I leave work and order online (so I don’t have to slow down these poor kids by making them answer the phone).

Went to this papa Murphy’s to get the signature pepperoni which has been running non stop on tv ads. Was informed by the manager who continued to get louder and louder that she doesn’t watch tv so knows nothing about the ad, and she would not be honoring that price. That they are a franchise and not a corporate store and have just raised their prices. Why would I go drive somewhere to purchase a $14 pizza, that I then have to go home and cook? This location is dead to me.

Papa Murphy’s will always be my favorite place to get a pizza. I recommend stepping away from the menu and building your own. My family and I have some delicious creations that are our go to. They also accept Food Stamps, so it’s a great take out option for families who otherwise can’t afford dining out.

Iv’e been a frequent flyer for years, however the past couple of months have seen a decline in the positive customer service I normally experience. They have a group of teenagers (or adults with teenage mentality) that fail to greet customers, seem to be playing games in the back room, distracted and disrespectful. My order was a mess, and when I realized that the workers had discovered they had messed up my order I caught them picking onions off of my pizza. At that point my appetite was ruined. When I caught them picking apart my pizza, I asked what was up and the clerk said “make a new one or live with this”. I couldn’t wait to escape so I said “we’ll live”. I’m going to give it one more try, but them I am finding a new location. I hope this is read by the appropriate person as I’ve not been heard back from an owner or manager when I called to express my concern. Thank you.
