Pizza from here is usually pretty good for what it is. There’s an employee there by the name of Jack though he’s a real piece of. Owner if you read up on these reviews, you should really look into getting a new employee to replace him. I walked in to order a pizza a few minutes after 8 o’clock and was told that the lobby was closed so I walked back out to my car and called the store to place an order. He gave me a dirty look through the window and let the phone go to voicemail. I then placed an order online and I can tell when my order hit the store because I then begin to get a lot more dirty looks through the window, as he very begrudgingly, began to make my pizza. This is not somebody you want in any shape or form of customer service. You can find a lot better employees out there.

Okay, this review is not for Papa Murphy’s fully in general just this store. I’m not one to be picky or complain a lot. The Centerville location I’m sorry to say is horrible! Not only has Papa Murphy’s pizza moved from number one to about number six in my books for pizza in the last few years. The Centerville location is so skimpy on toppings and I’ve never had a pizza so shrunken that it didn’t fill the pizza tray. The keto pizzas are always filled to the top but not here. This is not the only obnoxious thing I’ve had from this location. Really rude employees and just kind of clueless. If the owner or/manager was not there to help me with my order when I picked it up I would have been even more upset. The employees just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Honestly, I would recommend not using the Centerville location. I’ve had really good luck with the Farmington location. So I will just have to stick with that location. I paid $40 for the keto and a large supposedly large pizza. I just think that’s a little bit too expensive for what you get.

Ordered a family size stuffed crust for an event nearby and got a smaller pizza than normal. Refused to remake it and argued that it was a family size. We’ve ordered a lot from other Papa Murphy’s and we know what a family size is supposed to look like.

I arrived at 8:30 on a Friday night, with hours posted for closing at 9:00 pm. The doors were locked. I started to leave but turned back as there were two employees inside cleaning up. Through the locked doors, I asked, “Aren’t you open until 9:00”? The taller of the two employees replied, “Technically, we CLOSE (he said with air quotes) at 9:00, but we have to lock up early to get cleaned up. I drove straight to the Bountiful location, where they greeted me, filled my order, and said “thank you for coming in”. Step it up, Centerville. I may need to return to Bountiful more often!!

I was disappointed when they got my order wrong. Ordered a half and half, one side with the creamy garlic sauce and toppings and the other side with red sauce and toppings. Got creamy garlic on both sides. For the price, I’ll be going elsewhere.

They were friendly and fast. I went in for a pepperoni pizza and realized they had Jack O Lantern shaped ones! So fun! We got the S’mores for dessert, they were delish. Perfect for a working Mom needing a last minute meal.

This location was awesome! Very friendly staff. I love that you can pick up pizza that is using fresh ingredients and put it in your fridge to cook later that day. It’s a lifesaver when you are working all day long and need something quick that taste good !
