Not too pleased with this location. Ordered 2 family size stuffed pizzas, get there to pick them up….only 1 was stuffed. I asked the girl n she just looked at me and said “Yeah those r both stuffed??” Clearly only 1 was stuffed, if I wasn’t in a rush to get home and quite a few people in front of me and behind me, I would have asked them to fix it. Get in my car on the way home n notice I did get charged for 2 stuffed pizzas.

Love getting pizza here. They are quick and helpful. We really enjoy getting the seasonal pizza like the Jack-o-lantern pizza and the heart shaped pizza. They do classics like cheese, pepperoni, and Hawaiian. The desserts, like the s’mores bar and cinnamon wheel are good too. I was really surprised by the cheeseburger pizza; it was much better than I expected it to be.

I went for the very first time today. My first impression was a good one! I didn’t call ahead or place an online order. I just showed up a bit before 4:30, and I didn’t have to wait longer than a couple minutes for my order to be prepared. The pizza tasted great (as did the s’mores bars!) and the whole process was so smooth and easy. The kids loved the jack-o’-lantern design, too!

I’ll admit, usually my experience hasn’t been that great at Papa Murphy’s. Usually it is the wait time, and the fact that it isn’t that friendly of an environment. But, this was the first time I have been to this location and the workers were awesome! I know not everyone wants to have people talk with them, but I am a people person, and it was a blast talking with them while they made my pizza! Wish I would have grabbed their names, so that I could give credit, but they were awesome.

The worst experience ever!!! Took 10-15 minutes just to order 2 simple pizza Tuesday specials inside the store even though there were 2 customers at that time only! 3 kids employees were not trained properly (they had poor customer skills and pathetic attitude too!) They tried to overcharge me as well!! Poor customer service overall. One of the employees was trying to flirt with my young son which made us both so uncomfortable! The store was dirty with food laying everywhere on the counters and floor!! It took an additional 10-15 minutes just to make 2 pizzas. We left so disappointed and dissatisfied and grossed out!!!! What happened to the manager lately?
