A fence post has more personality than the employees, and cacti are more friendly.

I ordered three large pizzas. They made one family size, which wouldn’t be an issue except I had to bake it in a small camper oven so it would never fit. They argued that I had ordered that size until I pointed out the receipt which clearly stated what I had ordered.

The quality of the pizza is good, they taste great and sometimes made alright. But the costumer service here in vernal definitely needs work. The employees definitely need to pay more attention to online orders and in store orders. I didn’t get 2 of the items I had bought. And when I called to see if I could get them, I couldn’t because they were closing soon.

This will make the third time I’ve been to this location and the third time this location has failed to be friendly. Your initial reaction once walking inside is to leave. There are no hellos, have a great day, or thank you’s. Out of the three females working in the store, the manager is the most rude. If you run out of thin crusts, the least you can do is compensate with a regular crust to satisfy the customer. It’s not rocket science.

The pizza’s are always good, but tonight they messed up on our online order (which they fixed no questions asked) and had us bring back the wrong one (from our house). When I got there I asked if they were just going to throw it away I would buy it at a discount price, and they said no we can just resell it! that makes me nervous about getting pizza that might have been to some nasty house and possibly opened. I would not recommend an online or call in order, so you can be there to watch it being made fresh.

My wife and I moved to Vernal 11 months ago, from Salt Lake. We enjoyed years of Papa Murphy’s.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Not a single employee was wearing a mask, and the store was packed with customers, yet I was the only person wearing a mask. No one was even respecting social distancing. I had an online order, so I wasn’t in there for very long, but after seeing the conditions of the food prep area, we decided to err on the side of caution, and threw everything away. If the store hadn’t been so packed with a mask-less crowd of employees and customers, I would have asked for a refund, but I didn’t want to spend any additional time in the store.

We ordered pizza from them yesterday, asked them to leave a quarter of the pizza without cheese as my friends daughter is lactose intolerant, instead they put extra cheese on the entire pizza and left any other toppings off a quarter of it.
