I apparently did not throughly read the name of the this place and completely missed the Take N Bake part. I was surprised when I picked up my uncooked pie! Thankfully I was staying in an AirBnb with an oven so crisis averted. The pizza baked up beautifully and was absolutely delicious! Love the concept.

We are on a road trip, staying in hotels. I didn’t know Papa Murphy´s and wasn’t aware of the taken n bake concept. So I was really puzzled when I came to pick up my online order and was offered my pizza in raw condition. But the staff were very friendly despite my baffled reaction. I was given a full refund. Thank you for that and sorry again! As soon as I’ll have an oven available I’ll certainly try Papa Murphy’s for real.

I’ve been ordering just a plain pizza crust from Papa Murphy’s restaurants for 20 years. I’ve never had any issues with this before. Came in here to do the same, but the owner told me that “It wasn’t allowed” I’m sure that he’s a new manager and has never had this request before, but he certainly didn’t want to even be bothered. I wouldn’t leave a negative review if he had at least been polite about it.

It’s Christmas Eve. I get it. I had to work all day too. They already shortened their hours today for the holiday which is great I think. So, they close at 6 today. I placed my order online at 5:17. AT LITERALLY 5:19, TWO minutes after I place my order they call me. Asking when I’m coming? I tell them whenever it’s ready and I can head over now. He says “Just wondering how long I have to sit around and wait for you to get here.” Ummmm?? You don’t close for 40 minutes and I placed my order 120 seconds ago. So I hurry over, it’s now 5:25. The doors are locked, all the lights shut off. So I knock on the door and they bring my pizzas. It is NOT my fault that you decided to try and secretly close down earlier than you were supposed to. I went by your hours, placed my order accordingly. It’s not like I placed it 5 minutes before closing. My email said it wouldn’t be ready until 5:38 and he’s calling me 2 minutes later wondering how long he has to sit around and wait for me. Do your JOB!? TONS of us have to work the holidays, you’re already getting off earlier than normal and you treat me like that? I’m in such disbelief. And that’s coming from someone who works at the airport on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Be more professional and polite during the holidays.
