It’s a great experience every time I walk in to pick up an online order. Every single time, I’m greeted by very friendly employees and they like to double check that everything I ordered is there. I appreciate their kindness. The only downside is that sometimes they don’t put enough on the pizzas I order, but they still taste great. Very happy customer!

I go to this Papa Murphy’s at least once a month cause I love the pizza! I recently had an issue with one of my orders and the manager, Jeff, went above and beyond to make it right. Even once we figured it out it was my mistake he still was incredibly kind and still wanted to make sure I was pleased with my experience. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough after the treatment I received from their manager! This will continue to be one of my favorite spots in Flag to get dinner for my husband and I! Thank you Jeff. ☺️

They only have thin crust for their larger two pizzas. Why not for the medium one ? Otherwise the toppings are very fresh. The guys working the counter are always very helpful.

Have been patronizing the Papa Murphy’s on Woodlands Village for years. The other day we went in, ordered 2 pizza’s; family meat lovers and a cheese pizza. Brought them to a friend’s house, put them in the oven. When they were almost done and wanted to take them off the tray, they would not come off. There was definitely something wrong with these pies. Took pictures of the whole mess. These were not “love at 425”.

Worst place ever. Didn’t even tell me that I was grabbing the wrong pizza off the rack. Got home. Found out it was the wrong pizza and told me that I came in aggressively. What ridiculous place do not go there. Gave them a 20 percent tip. I’m completely regretting that

We grab a pizza from here now and again because we can customize the order and we live outside of town, so its nice to have a genuinely hot pizza fresh out of the oven at home. I have always had great experiences with this location. They recently changed their hours and close an hour earlier, which is okay.

I cannot complain about the pizza. It’s the best in town. Staff is friendly and food is fast. But I have yet to get what I ordered. The last visit I got a pizza I never ordered. The time before that the chicken was missing. Tonight I the green onions weren’t there and they chose to replace sundried tomatoes with fresh tomatoes. There are some obvious issues in the back.
