I’m a truck driver and had just finished delivering at the home depot behind their store. I hadn’t eaten all day and just walked in wanting some food. I ordered not realizing it was a take and bake ( my own fault but was tired and still had to go on another drop ) I waited and asked if they sold individual drinks. They responded no but that they had a water bottle on the back they were more than willing to give me. Then when I got the pizza I’m guessing they noticed my confused face and asked me if I thought it would be cooked. I told them yes that’s my fault though and was going to leave. They offered to refund it to me and gave me some cooked food to make sure I ate. They took time to be kind to a stranger and make sure I was actually fed. I really appreciate those two young ladies who were working tonight. If you see this. Thank you.

The pizza was not quite like what you get from ordering from a pizzeria. probably has to do with the type of crust in the fact that a home oven doesn’t get as hot. I recommend the thinner crusts as they tended to crisp up better at home in my first experience with the product. I’ll look forward to future visits and trying some of their other styles. The shop was also doing a good job following c o v i d 19 guidelines.

If it were not for the fact that I have to give a star to leave a review, I wouldn’t. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 7:57. I arrived a 3 minutes after 8 due to a traffic accident. The store closes at 8 and the doors were locked. I looked in and my order was ready on the rack. I politely knocked on the window and the workers refused to give me my order which I already paid for. They stood there laughing and mocking me while I was trying to be polite. I will never order from this place again! Disrespectful!

I’ve always had a good experience here. I especially recommend the Chicago pizza. They often have deals or specials to take advantage of. Nice that you can customize your pizza and watch it be assembled for accuracy. Note, the pizza is prepared in store, but you take it home and bake it. They also sell cookie dough, soda, etc.

I go over for the first time when I pay for it and gave her the cash she said that they only have a limit for accepting one 100 dollar bill a day and I told the cashier that there should be a sign so that It don’t have to be a big inconvenience for me to go to the grocery store and back. Idk if it’s even worth going back when I can just go to papa Johns, pizza 8 or dominos. Idk first time giving it a try and I think I’m over it now.
