Just ordered two Thai Chicken Pizzas and they both looked like completely different pizzas. Found out why. Half a container or better of red pepper flakes was dumped on one pizza and instead of making a new one they just put some cheese over the flakes. The pizza is ruined and I live 30 mins outside of town. What a joke. This was an online order. Last time I ordered two of the keto pizzas which the signs say are $9 and was charged $13. No extras were added so why the charge? And the time before that I ordered online and didn’t receive my cookie. Didn’t realize it until I got all the way home. (My fault partially for not checking.) Just added this to my “No business from my household” list.

Beyond disappointed. We ordered a pizza without cheese. They made the pizza with cheese and we noticed right after we got home. We called immediately and they refused remake it for us because they had closed just a minute before in spite of the fact that it was their mistake. We told them that there was a dairy allergy and the person would now not have dinner and they didn’t care.. When asking for a Manager we were told that their was no manager on duty and then they hung up on us. Extremely rude, uncaring, and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have always liked Papa Murphy’s. The ingredients are fresh, the customer service is consistently awesome no matter how busy it is, and you get quite a bit for your money. However, today, the young lady that served me went above and beyond. It was just a little gesture, but it made a big difference for me. She complimented my son, then when I asked for a box and commented that carrying my son and a “floppy pizza” at the same time wasn’t easy, she offered to help us to the car and carried the pizza for me after putting it in box for me. It was fantastic.
