I love Papa Murphy’s pizza. However my experience at this store was not good. We turned around when we saw it because my husband has never had Papa Murphy’s before. We checked the closing time, it was 8pm, so we walked in to order. The girl behind the counter said that they stop making pizzas at 7:30. When I pointed out that it was 7:32 and told her that we were so excited to have their food, and why, she said “sorry, it’s the owner’s new rule so we can leave on time and he doesn’t have to pay us overtime.” We were there 28 minutes before closing, and only 2 minutes after this arbitrary rule, yet they would not make us a pizza. This gives the company a bad name, because Papa Murphy’s is normally wonderful. So disappointed

Went in to get a pizza and watched as 2 kids were hacking and coughing INTO the food as they were making pizzas and 1 said that he was just throwing up earlier, 2 (blonde girl and some tall kid) were playing grabass with each other ignoring customers while sitting ON the table they make food on and apparently far more interested in each other to care about their jobs. They fail to tell you that they can’t take EBT now when you order. Add to this the constant issues of them closing early even after taking your order and it’s amazing that they are still open. I walked out and will not go back to this disgusting business ever again.

I would honestly give papa Murphy’s a 5 star review but not this place you unplug your phone so no one can place an order. And then when you have a walk in you refuse to help them because you’re within an hour of closing. How dare this place. I guess what do you expect when you have kids less then 20 years old managing it.

All young staff. Took 45 minutes to make one item and a cheese bread. Pizza completely fell apart and was completely un eatable. Their online support refused to assist me with a refund since I dont want to deal with a kid.

Always closing early, you try to call in an order 2hrs before they close and they claim they can make it, on top of that when they stop taking orders they either dont answer the phone or they do answer and then tell they aren’t making orders any longer then simply hangup. Is you place an order online I have found it’s a 50/50 chance of them canceling your order then refunding you back 3 days later. They’ve always made great food but the service is plummeting quickly.

This issue an rating is not about the taste of the pizza or Grub Hub. I mistaking hit the pay button on my Grub Hud papa Murphys order, right away I called the restaurant an asked if they could hold making the order for a hour. The person asked me to hold while he found my order slip, about 5 min.s later he replies to me that he forgot about me. Well I thought we had a understanding but they made the pizza an grub hub picked up the order anyway. So now I have a pizza sitting at my front door its now 2:20pm an I won’t be home until 4pm. Not good for a first order. I’ve missed papa John’s since they left town an a friend said to try papa Murphys, hopefully I’ll enjoy the pizza an maybe order from them agin. But……
