Called Papa Murphys 4 times they wouldn’t answer the phone, had to go online to order my pizza. Ordered a pizza and salad…paid for it, when I got there they gave me my pizza and told me they sold the last salad! How could they sell my salad I PAID FOR? They couldn’t refund my money because I ordered online and they told me it would take 4 days for a refund! Horrible management ‼️

Ordered a family size pizza and they overcharged my card and I got the completely wrong pizza! Drove it out to Dayton, so I wasn’t going to turn around to get another. Very disappointing experience all around. Then I saw the bill and it was almost $30 for a single pizza!!! Wish I would have gotten the total while picking up. I need to call management or corporate, but who wants to hassle with that? Not me. So I will avoid this location and if you come here keep an eye on your bill.

I have never had an issue before and I have been ordering here for 2 and a half years. Tonight I ordered a “cowboy pizza” which should include pepperoni, sausage, olives and mushrooms. What I received had pepperoni, olives and about 5 little chunks of sausage. I didn’t notice until I got home. Nothing against the staff since they did have a sign posted that they are short on ingredients but still a little disappointed that the organization would let one of their stores run so low on ingredients that they weren’t able to get a pizza right.

Absolutely terrible. I had called repeatedly trying to place an order then when I arrived in store I had to announce myself for service. The young KID behind the counter lied to my face and said that they had been slammed for the last 45 minutes. I had sat in the parking lot and called the store to see if anyone would pick up the phone and no one could be seen. Absolutely terrible service.

Oof. I’ve had some pretty bad food around here, but this place takes the cake. Not only did they butcher the order badly, but the cheese was completely moldy. If a place doesn’t notice blue mold all over the cheese in their hands, it makes you wonder what else they’re not noticing.

Terrible. After the new owner took over things went down hill. The cheesy bread doesn’t have any garlic spread on it. They don’t put any garlic on the herb chicken Mediterranean. They barely out any toppings on the pizzas now. When I used to work for all 3 locations in Carson city and gardnerville out top priority was satisfying out customers. Will never return to this business ever again. Terrible now
