Was told over the phone that is was a 25-30 minute wait. Showed up 40+ minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Told them that never have I ever seen so few pepperoni’s on a one topping pizza. Had another customer with the same complaint reinforcing the fact that they normally do put significantly more pepperoni. Staff refused and said if I wanted more pepperoni, I would need to pay extra for extra toppings as they are privately owned and were told by the owner to only put the pictured amount. Have been a customer there since they came to town. Today was the last day.

Pizza was great, called my order in and they said 30 min, waited 3 min and drove to the location. Pizza was not even started and all kinds of excuses were made. Hopefully there customer service will pick up.

Ordered a custom pizza with less toppings then the average one prepared here. Evidently someone didn’t like making it. Italian sausage I didn’t order and despise was on it and the plate was wrapped so that it was bowed in the middle. Guess where the toppings were…..and weren’t. Definitely not going back. This was months ago.

It was easy to order at the counter. My pizza was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. Papa Murphy’s provides easy to follow baking instructions. All topping were fresh making our pizza delicious.

Good spot for a take-n-bake. I like the cowboy combo or the Chicago stuffed pizza. The stuffed one is huge. Also the chicken bacon salad is a favorite. 2 litres and desert on deck.

We ordered 3 things online and after 45 mins we went to pick up the items at the store. When we arrived at the store the employee who helped us was very rude and we were told to wait because she had other orders to get out. So we waited and once we got our food we were told “I don’t know why it let you order the kids pizza, we don’t make those here.” We weren’t offered a replacement item but instead were just told that we were getting our money back. The employee was very rude and the pizza we did get looked like it was just thrown together.
