This was my first time trying Papa Murphy’s Pizza. And I can say that at this location the owner has great customer service , and very friendly. The inside is very clean and organized . My food was handled in a timely manner , The owner was sweet and let me try a popular served product for free , and I had my children with me so my hands were full and the owner helped assist me putting my take and bake pizza in the car . Customer service at this location is at 10 out of 10.

It was only ok because I didn’t feel like a valued customer and was way over charged and not given the promotion that was advertised in the store. Paid for extras on our salads and there was no extra.. Dark haired girl was rude and she was the one who didn’t put the extra stuff I was charged for after trying to force me to take a salad that was premade and sitting all day when my salads were both custom. The blonde girl was nice and did fine. Wont go back tho

Excellent pizza but employee’s need to be trained on customer service. Wasn’t even acknowledged for at least 30 seconds while 2 employee’s complained about their boss and then I was called “buddy” by a 18 year old, I’m 62. A little customer service and customer respect would be nice.
