Ordered 2 large pizzas over the phone after checking the prices online. Online they were priced at $15.99 each but after picking them up and checking the receipt I had been charged $19.99 per-pizza before tax. Ended up costing the same as it would’ve to just get delivery, might’ve even been more expensive.

even with three people it took over 35 minutes to make two pizzas, which can definitely be done faster and they can be more respectful. They were talking about their birthdays being in august or October. We ordered both a stuffed pizza and a simple cheese, which were made incorrectly because it was missing toppings. I would appreciate someone reaching out cause I would love to give you the details and my receipt to see who was working that day.

Four young employees here that can’t seem to keep track of three pizzas. Took over 30 minutes to finish an online order with two pizzas with what seemed like an empty store and no other pizza on the pickup rack. Lots of talking and joking- very little pizza making.

very disappointed, I ordered extra toppings on an extra large pizza, and when I got home I see that none of the extras were put on the pizza, $5 down the drain. 5/02/20, Order # 580978747. Tried calling the location, but they were closed, hoping I hear from them soon. Reading the other reviews, it seems to be a common theme with this location. If this location is not willing to add toppings they should not charge for them. The pizzas have always tasted good.

I was in Discovery Bay visiting family. Decided to skip a big meal prep and order take n bake instead. I went in to place an order for the NY pizza. And requested to have it made without the sausage. I was told that wasn’t possible. All of their pizzas were already assembled for the day. I said… “well cant u make one for me now?” Their response was “No”. I have never heard such a thing! I know it’s do-able cuz I had ordered the same thing at another store near my home and had no problems. PLUS… I was the only person in the place. It’s not like they were busy. SO….I called the next closest store which was like 7-10miles away and asked if they would honor my order request. Without hesitation they said of course.

I’m disappointed that the sauce was not spread evenly on any of the 3 pizzas I ordered. It was globbed on one side and missing on the other. I love papa Murphys and hope the young kids working can give the customer service ans effort into the food that these chains require.

I called ahead for pick-up. The pizza was being made when I arrived. The store was clean and well stocked. I took it home and baked it according to directions. I was somewhat disappointed in that I think I would have preferred a thinner crust. The fault was mine for not specifying thin crust.

Ronnie “manager” refused to make their special to order. We wanted to leave the sausage off half (thereby not wasting food). She refused saying all specials are pre-made and I had to get it as is. I explained that in my experience when the pizzas are premade and sitting all day with sauce and toppings that the crust is soggy and it doesn’t cook well. I have never been refused accommodation at any Papa Murphy’s and won’t be back to this one. I will stick with the Antioch location. Or Winco take and bake .Terrible customer service!
