Real bummer customer service experience. Even when you click on the “delight” pizza on the website it defaults to regular crust instead of thin. Realized the problem immediately and called. Instead of being helped I was told to change it online which is not even possible. By the time I called back the pizza was already made. Would have been a really easy change to make the first time I called.
