I like Papa Murphys because you get to cook the pizza fresh at home. Its best to call ahead. Their pizzas are fresh and tasty and they always have great deals and coupons in the mail and fliers. I’m a frequent customer and never have had a bad pizza from here. This Papa Murphys is located at 678 N. Wilson Way, suite 38 in the Eastland Plaza in Stockton.

They messed up on all my orders over the phone. Then tried to only give me 25% off on 1 pizza when it’s 25% off on the whole order. The lady said I have to call my manager . I said go ahead and call your manager March Lane give 25% the whole order. And the lady had a problem with takeing off the pork and replaceing it with chicken. Never coming back here again March Lane site is much more respectful.

For some reason they are not taking orders online or by phone for the last 5 days. This place used to have great customer service and excellent quality but over the past two years it has gone downhill and fast. I’m not sure if it’s the age and lack of experience in the employees or if it’s the lack of training. Or maybe they just don’t care but I’ve had multiple problems with this place for quite some time now.
